Good news for the UK resident, right on the eve of Christmas month of December, many large online retailers will ready with shipment of Samsung Galaxy Nexus – unlocked version. E-Commerce sites like Expansys, Handtec, Amazon reportedly to get the unlocked sim-free version of the Super Smartphone on 30th November.
One of the many retailers, Expansys has listed the Galaxy Nexus on their website catalogue as well as confirmed the news on their official Twitter account.

Just couple of days back, Droid-Life reveled the full tech specs of the Smartphone, Motorola Droid 4 will come with a 1.2GHz dual core processor,1 GB RAM, 4 inch qHD display. Though they reduced the display resolution of Droid RAZR 4, a little & add a full five row slideout QWERTY keypad. It also has 16GB internal memory, HD front camera & 1785 mAh battery with 4G LTE, front camera for video chatting & an 8MP rear camera.
Though no news of the price part yet from the official vendor, the date of release is Dec 8th.

Few days back we leaked the news that many Samsung products will get a Android 4.0 boost soon after the Galaxy Nexus launch. It’s almost certain now as CM9 (one of the most downloaded app of Android Marketplace); confirmed that soon they will release a custom ROM for ICS Android 4.0.

Currently they are testing it on Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet, which currently is one of the most power-packed Tablet. Samsung Galaxy 10.1 is powered by Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Rumors were on high since the day Google Android released the source code of it – In just few days CM9′s ROM is in the testing mode, so we can hope they will launch it in late December or early January.

This release will be very much interesting as Android 4.0 has many significant changes & CM9 will have to adjust with those with lots more other tweaks.

When Google launched Android 4.0 ICS last month for the mobile platform, many raise the question that how does it look on Tablet? Well earlier today GigaOm revealed a video demo of Android 4.0 ICS via Nvidia on the ASUS Transformer Prime tablet, powered by Nvidia’s quad-core Tegra 3 chip.
Asus Eee Pad Transformers launched earlier this month with Honeycomb on board, but right before the launch, there was a rumor that ASUS got a strong confidence from Google about the Android 4.0 upgrade, but somehow it didn’t happen.

Now the video shows how smooth & lighting fast the ICS Android 4.0.1 version is & we can expect to see more ICS tablet at January’s Consumer Electronics Show.
